Overview & Highlights

Welcome to the charming world of Chez Bobonne, a delightful culinary treasure nestled in the heart of Toulouse at 52 Rue du Taur. This quaint restaurant offers a distinctive taste of regional French cuisine, inviting diners to indulge in the rich flavors of local ingredients.

At Chez Bobonne, the emphasis on community and locality shines through. Each dish is crafted with care, using products sourced directly from the surrounding area. Guests have raved about the tantalizing planche—a carefully curated board of local charcuterie and cheeses that is simply a must-try. As noted by satisfied patrons like Clara Lu, the presentation is accompanied by thoughtful explanations from the knowledgeable staff, making the experience particularly memorable.

One cannot overlook the exquisite wine selection at Chez Bobonne. Whether you’re savoring the local flavors or simply unwinding after a long day, the wine here perfectly complements the culinary offerings. Gabriela Bs appreciated the 'amazing variety of local products' that only enhances the dining experience, making every sip and every bite a delightful journey through the region’s best offerings.

The atmosphere is both inviting and vibrant, ideal for a relaxing meal. Diners have described Chez Bobonne as an 'amazing location' with a character that reflects the essence of Toulouse. Fintan Walsh’s experience echoes the sentiments of many—a celebration of local ingredients, served with genuine appreciation from a friendly staff.

While the charm of Chez Bobonne is undeniable, even the best can have minor hiccups. Some diners, like Maritta Hindriks, noted a slight miscommunication with orders. However, these moments only add to the authenticity of the experience, where the hustle and warmth of genuine service occasionally mingles with the challenge of a busy evening.

So if you find yourself wandering the lively streets of Toulouse, make a stop at Chez Bobonne. Here, every meal is a celebration of local flavors, every sip of wine tells a story of the region, and every visit promises delightful discoveries. You may even leave with a newfound appreciation for the true essence of French cuisine—one plate at a time.

Fantastic service, the planche was very very good and we really appreciated, apart from the explanation from the staff, the fact that all products were from the area. The wine was also very tasty and exactly what we needed, the staff managed to understand our (not so clear) request perfectly. Honestly, one of the best dinners in Toulouse! Strongly recommend the planche and the paté de canard (no picture because we are everything before I had the chance to capture it).

An amazing variety of local products, great service, great food and great wine. What else? :D

Amazing location. All local ingredients and served with such appreciation. Just fantastic.

Great wine bar/ cafe with delicious fresh charcuterie boards, salads, sandwiches & more. Very reasonably priced & friendly service!

They have really nice hams and cheeses. When I just see the picture of the sandwich I had the water runs in my mouth. Really great (and also the cheess suggestion). Only small downside was that the waiter didn't seem to be able to remember much of my order. Maybe too tired or not too much English, I don't know. Therefore I didn't get a juice or desert.

Really local place, the servers were super friendly and gave really good tips on everything

Best charcuterie from whole toulouse! Authentic products for great value!

Great drinks & great food. What more could you ask? Adrien is a legend.
